Looking for a LBS app developer with Tier1 access to VLRs, who can provide us the LAC code and the cell id of a MSISDN using a HTTP API.
(through the API interface through the HTTP, SS7 transport)
Price per query up to $150.More than 30 queries per month will be required.
In case of getting GPS coordinates via VLR lookup I will pay plus $50.
The service you will provide will not be used for USA or Canadian MSISDNs.
Please do not bid if you are not able to provide demo lookup.
I am not interested in going through your portfolio as it has nothing to do with developing any application so please do not bid if you are not able to provide demo lookup for MSISDNs given to you.
