VB6 Cisco TSP

I am a VB programmer needing some assistance with writing code to connect to our Cisco telephone network using TSP. We have an in-house custom CRM system (web based, written in ASP) and the goal is to integrate our CRM with CISCO for the following purposes

1. Alert CRM users to incomming calls
2. Open clients record if call is from a client
3. Record calls as wav file
4. Write call information to an SQL database - date/time, staff member, caller Id, path to wav file recording on server
5. Include a \'soft phone\' inside the CRM for users to place/recieve calls

I have already written some of this code, but am having difficulty with the call recording. I would like someone who knows the Cisco TSP & wav drivers to review what I have done, improve, fix and complete it and also give Cisco programming advice and consultation. Perhaps what I am trying to do is not possible, in that case I would like adivce on other ways to achieve our requirements
