VB.NET Expert for coding "fingerprint" program in Visual Studio (deadline 02nd november)

Hi,

I shortly will be performing a demo of an application coded VB.NET in Visual Studio that "can load and display two image files, extract
feature templates from any fingerprints contained therein, show the features visually and perform a comparison"

However this has been coded using the 2010 and cannot be loaded using the 2008 version. My backup of the 2008 version only contains the design of the form and not the code as I recently upgraded.

I require a Visual Basic developer who will be able to follow the guide to create this application, an SDK will be used when I demo this, the DLLs will be provided.

This is up to 10 hours work for a flat fee. Unfortunately I don't have time to develop the application again. The work will need to be completed as soon as possible a method of transferring the application (e.g. uploading to windows live skydrive etc)
