Update app to Testflight

I need to post my app on TestFlight. It expired. I want you to teach me how to do it and also how to invite beta users.

I would prefer we do it over a zoom call where I can share my screen and you can show me what to do. That way we don't have to share passwords and such.

It was posted once before, but expired and the person that did it says they don't have time to do it right now. So now I just want to learn to do it myself. I also will have a need for many changes to the app after I get it working again and I get feedback from beta testers.

Since there is no real development here, and simply reposting it to TestFlight, please give me a fixed price for what I'm asking for. In your proposal, mention "Testflight upload for beta"
