Travel/property website

New 'web 2.0' style website which will be an online community and guide about UK towns/villages and transport. Scope includes:
- html/css development
- implement a wiki type tool to include registration/log in and comments/discussion functionality
- create a database with regular data feed
- create online search tool querying database
- implement map solution (could be googlemaps API) to display results from database and also be browseable

I do not require a CMS as most of the editable content will be created through the Wiki tool.

I would require full rights over the source code upon completion.

I would prefer asp.net, ms sql server and ajax to be used.

Future scope to include iPhone App (not included yet)
