Tab based iPhone app written in Objective C needed.

* Fully functional mobile web application already exists. I would basically need same looks and functionality but achieved with objective C code. Link to this application can be provided via private message board on PPH.
* Data for application is delivered via JSON web service from external source.
* Application should check for internet connectivity.
* Application should cache data so that when internet connectivity is not available, data from cache is shown.
* Application should be built as multilingual app
* Application should support landscape and portrait orientation.

Only code that works needs to be delivered. Submitting to app store will be done by our side. I would like to follow progress via regular remote viewer sessions where I can see how application behaves in the simulator.

Application is tab based and should have following screens:

Login screen
a. Depending on user preferences, after initial login user can stay logged in

Overview screen (first tab)
a. Overview screen will consist of several labels, status image and chart. Chart should have switch enabling it to show data for one year, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and 1 week – similar to stocks app on iphone.
b. Chart will consist of 2 lines with legend.
c. When user touches (i) icon in the corner screen should “flip” and show predefined explanation (this is requirement for all screens)

Two screens with data listed in table (second and third tab)
a. Table should be sortable and scrollable. Depending on data, row in table should show status icon.
b. User should be able with touch of a button to apply 2 to 3 predefined filters to data shown in table.
c. When user touches row screen with detailed information should show

Detailed information screen (fourth tab)
a. Screen should consist of two buttons, several labels (contact info and summary) and table with log of previous activities
b. When phone is provided in contact infor, user should be able to initiate the phone call or sms with touch of a button – otherwise button should be disabled.

Options screen
a. Screen should consist of several labels and text boxes. User should be able to change his password on this screen, save details, empty cache, change language and log out.
