System & App like Just Eat (IOS and Android)

I need a system and app like Just East except it will not be for deliveries. It will be for Bars and Restaurants, customer will use the app when they visit the business to have their drinks brought to them.

Customers can order their drinks from the app and have them brought to their table or area number.

Like Just Eat businesses can sign up for free and a small percentage will be taken from the customer for each transaction, no fee will be taken from the business.

• User must be able to login and setup their own account via web and app
• Order to their table, collection point or delivery
• Loyalty function (scan QR bar code to earn point when they visit the business in person)
• Push notifications
• Geo ring fence push notifications
• Businesses must be able to give vouchers to users (vouchers must have a time limit)

Budget is non-negotiable, the project must be completed before July 30th 2020.

Final payment will be made when the app has been successfully published to the Apple Appstore and google play store.
