Sound Amplifier Utility

I need a utility to be developed that will run on an Android phone.
The utility will listen to the phone microphone and playback the sound amplified via the phone Headphone.
There will be functionality to control the various amplification parameters.

The utility app will have one screen with a few controls to turn on/off the microphone;
control amplification volume, equalizer control (right/left), and a button to exit the app.
