Small amount of completion of Android App and conversion to Windows App

General information for the business: We want our Android app completing and the Wndows version writing based on this.
Num. of modules: 2 parts to the job.
Description of every module: We have developed an Android phone app and it almost ready for launch. Our developer has become ill and is unable to complete the work. There are a few things that need doing:

1. Changing the logo icon
2. Final testing
Description of requirements/functionality: Once this is completed and the app works then we want a Windows version of it. You will obviously have the Android code available.

If so, as a first step I can send you the existing apk for you to take a look at and then if you could come up with an acceptable proposal I'll send the code. It was done in Eclipse.

I estimate the first part of the job is £80 and the Windows version of the app to be £500 but let me know what you think.

I've put the estimated end date as 30th September but the first part of the work, the change of the icon and final testing needs to be completed as soon as possible.
