Simple PhoneGap application

General information for the app: App checks the position and show results based on the location of the user
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Imagine following situation - you are a salesman standing in the middle of the street. You then open the app, click on button 'show responsible manager'. Application will then based on your longitude/latitude query database and app will show the result of the query.

There will be 2 pages
1) welcome page - that will just show some basic info and a button
2) result page that will show map and result

We will provide:
1) Wire frames
2) query that will send you a result

You will provide:
1) basic HTML design based on wire frames
2) logic of sending and retrieving data and showing result on the results page - DB server is MySQL. Result can be provided as direct MySQL, XML, flat file or JSON

We have further development plans if our sales people like it, so you need to make sure that you provide fantastic job!
