Simple GPS app showing user's position - using EGNOS RTK via mobile data (SDK)

We are looking for a simple app to prove the accuracy of EGNOS GPS.

This service uses 'corrections' to GPS signals to improve accuracy - they are now available over the internet in Europe.

The app will simply allow the user to record the location (drop a pin) and see how far they move from the pin - see attached picture, scale will be 1m per circle though.
