Simple flutter mobile app

Hello Flutter Developers,

I need a simple flutter mobile app which should be install able on mobile. It's a very simple app where users should able to do will basic CRUD and the app will have two weight. I have $55 (will bonus $10 if you do well) for the first version and will add more features each months after successful completing first version.
