Simple app that shows videos, for Windows, iOS, and Android

Want someone who can create mobile apps in C# with Xamarin forms. It's a simple app that shows videos for Windows Store duplicated for Apple App Store and Google Play store, so 3 apps altogether.

Deliverables:
* An app to go in each of Windows app store, Google Play, and Apple app store.
-The app will contain an display 10 - 12 short 3-10 minute videos as well as a start screen which has room for information about the app and the video creator.
-The apps will have buttons down one side or along bottom or top which when clicked start a video which will fill the majority of the screen.
-one extra button that when clicked displays a page from my website where users can see a list of products and fill in a feedback form. The input from the feedback form needs to either go to an email address I'll designate or into a .csv file.
- The primary use of these apps is for viewing on the desktop or tablet so care is needed that they look their best on laptop and tablet size screens, but they must scale down well to be viewable on a large mobile phone. Buttons may need to be go in different places for the different screen sizes.
- If you can design some modern looking buttons that would be an advantage.

* Once finished I must be able to duplicate each app and put different videos, changing the title, icons, various images for spashscreen, logos, etc. (I do have programming experience). What I'm wanting essentially is a "container" app that I can then duplicate once I've made new videos for new topics.
