Senior LAMP developer - Director shareholder position

This is a board level position for a senior LAMP developer with management experience and a demonstrable understanding and instinct for commercial use of software. We want technical talent, but we don;t want a geek.

We are relaunching a portfolio of products that we describe as value added open source. We have integrated popular open source products together to create a coherent enterprise class tool that can be used in full or in part by the majority of businesses from start up to £50m t/o and can be easily customised for most verticals.

We re continuing to improve usability, create more and better internal documentation and produce training and support materials.
We need a director level person to take responsibility for development of the products, R&D and provide technical oversight to professional services

We need an adaptable and ambitious person who can roll up sleeves and operate without silos, or borders, support people and demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm.
The right candidate can work form home almost anywhere.
On completion of a trial period, the role will become a director role with shareholding and a realistic opportunity to earn 200,000 plus per Annum in the next five years plus unlimited long term scope.
