Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Bitcoin Trading
Description of every module: I need some sort of script or add-on or module that is able to retrieve data from a Tradingview chart.
It needs to send me an email alert when conditions are met in that data.
Is this possible?
Tradingview provide alerts (see attached jpegs) but they have removed them for the type of chart that I use.
I use a candlestick chart called Heikini AShi...you can no longer get alerts from a Heikin Ashi chart :-(
So I am trying to find a way around this and to generate the alerts myself.
For example, when a chosen indicator provides a value of 1 or zero, I need an alert sent to me.
Basically, '1' would be a buy signal, and 'zero' would be a sell signal.
A 'Data Window' is provided which suggests to me that it is possible to retrieve this data as it comes in and to use it for our purpose...am I correct?
Please see the attached data_tab.jpg
Also, see the example chart:
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BIt9Qhhg/
Description of requirements/functionality: I use trading charts in Tradingview.com to follow the bitcoin market
I rely heavily on alerts from Tradingview when certain conditions occur in my charts or indicators.
You can easily set alerts and choose which signals you require to send them off.
Tradingview will send emails and texts as alerts.
Major problem is that I use a special kind of candle chart called Heikin Ashi.
Sadly for me, Tradingview no longer provide alerts on this kind of chart....so I have no way of receiving alerts when I have critical things happening in my charts...most importantly, buy & sell signals from my strategy indicators.
Is there a way you can possibly script some sort of add on or console that takes data from my charts and sends me email alerts?
OS requirements: Windows
