SCADA Web Access program set up

I have recently acquired SCADA Web Access software (Kingview - comes with Development Tool Kit and OPC server) and need someone to design and set up our requirements interfacing to a GPRS Telemetry Data Logger (King Pidgeon S200) Our presentation is fairly simple requiring a couple of temperature inputs and a two digital fault inputs. The temperature inputs need Screen Readout display and a datalog graph record and the ability to set alarm point levels back to the GPRS unit.
