Salesforce Custom CRM Implementation

I need a custom CRM implementation to be done from my wordpress website which will allow the following features.
1. Woocommerce + salesforce integration to capture all subscriptions and products data from my wordpress website.
2. Building a integration with mailchimp
3. Building an sms integration with a SMS gateway.
