Sales Closing Application for Iphone & Android

We have put together all of the text data in anticipation of creating another ready for use iPhone application in which the user will be a able to scroll through 3 different menu options of sales closing tips, advice, and training. I need a developer who can put all of the text into the appropriate menus for us (we already have it organized) and to setup the grahpics for us. If you need us to handle the graphics I can have my team do so as well.

We would like to have the application available for the iphone and andorid where the user is free to download but after 4 clicks to continue they must upgrade versions.
