Ruby On Rails Developer

I am looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to help me with a project that I am just getting started with.

It's mainly Rails side development work but knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript and AJAX for the front-end will be a bonus.

Knowledge of TDD including Cucumber and RSPEC a bonus.

You must have experience with Rails, be reliable, and have guaranteed availabiltiy as I am keen to get this project off of the ground ASAP.
