Ruby on Rails (application)

I am a 4th year IT student i have a ruby on rails project to do.The
Application will be Kitchen/Kitchen Fitters(i can inform you of required fields and details) i will attach a similar ruby on rails project code in word doc.I can supplly notes and details and similiar running aplications and can assist.It is not a big application but i just want to have it perfect.
Project Requirement Details:
access relevant data and carry out the required processing eg Insertions/Updates-Amendments/Deletions/Enquires/Listings and job specific tasks.NB application must run.Note:further modifications and clarifications(verbal/written) to the specification are possible
Closing date mon nov 30th.
submit on paper and on disk.
documentation includes all codeListings(fully documentated) User DGuide-sample print-screens & associated documentation,code list by name,list of user-defined methods & where used highlight any new language features used.Test Data and expected output.End Status/Evaluation report.
marks will be for documentation,testing,user defined methods,basic processing,validation,an interface for managing users&privileges
always out put an appropiate message to inform user of current state
avoid code duplication DRY do back ups.
