Repair Sobipro Add Entry function - Joomla website

1. Main Task: The Add Entry section of my Sobipro application throws a error when the Select Category button is clicked. I need this fixed so it will allow entries from the front end or completely remove this button because I can add entries from the backend.
2. I want the ACL (user control) set so that only the Super Administrator can add new entries.

3. I need an inspection of the current configuration of Sobipro and reply with recommendations for improvement. DO NOT do any improvements without my OK. All you are doing is checking what I have done and telling me how long it will take for you to fix any problems. I will provide login information after you have reviewed the site. Click the menu item titled Business Directory.
