Description of every module: Currently we only work with shared google sheets with 6+ people.
steps in development.
1. Need to get all timesheet data from our Freshdesk system via API
2. Transform this data to a beautiful PDF or/and Excel layout
This PDF will be send to our clients for the job done.
Description of requirements/functionality: This is just a work-around. Next phase we want to do is:
1. Develop a timesheet application (web based)
2. Admins are able to approve/reject hours spend on a specific date
3. Timesheet users are able to correct the rejected logged hours in a specific month
4. Timesheet users are able to add new hours in the timesheet for a specific month
5. Admin is able to create an invoice in accountantsoftware using timesheet for each month. This happens all automatically.
Specific technologies required: PHP, ASP, HTML, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT
OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS
Extra notes: If first project is done properly, we can move on with second project.
