Quick update webview app for Android & iOS

Looking for a quick update to our webview app for iOS & Andriod, only apply if you are free now and can start immediately.
Source code will be provided.
Requirements:
- Add download function permission, so that users can download a pdf file to their device.
- Update webview url to new url, also update "Home" button link to the new url.
- I would like to enhace the current icon & Splash screen, the logo currenty very small within the icon I will provide new image, update the icon if it is in line with app store specifications.
- Send me the new versions for quick test, or a video recording
- Push the new build to Apple and .aab file to Google play as an update (i will provide keystore), I will add you as a user in our accounts, don't submit for review I will submit for review myself after updating screenshots.
- Of course use latest SDK/API and update app version by adding 0.1 to current version.
- Start now and finish the job today.
