Description of requirements/features: Hello,

We are looking for a phonegap developer to create a section of our existing phone gap app.

We would need to be able to show a video and a slider (scale selector) horizontally under the video on apple and android devices

The slider will take two forms, and the videos will be changeable in the backend that we have already created. (MP4 video file) for these purposes we will send 3 example files across.

The final deliverable are
1) the code components and app objects,
2) well explained and detailed code.
3) a basic text report is generated within the app of where the sliders were every millisecond
4) a test flight deployed build


There are two scale types required:
One would be rated 0-100 with intervals every 10
An item scale (with five intervals)

The location of the slider will need to be recorded every millisecond for the duration of the video,
The slider location remains the same when the finger is removed from screen and is still be recorded

We will need final draft completion by Friday 24th 5pm uk time and full deliverables Saturday 11:50 am 24th january. We will pick a developer by Thursday 23rd at 5pm with a short list of candidates being decided from 3pm onwards
