Psd files to android

I have 12 photoshop ui files. I need to convert to an android project, you have to send me an eclipse solution, the project has to be developed with eclipse and android plugin, no code required just the photoshop ui converted to android ui,
every file has to fit well in vertical/horizontal mode and mobile or tablet devices without loss of image quality or text quality,
I can send you psd files or in any format you want.
