Program an app for facebook

I cant go into all the details, so I just point out the structure here. Please ask if
more is necessary. I’m very much on the cost side, not on the perfectionist side. So if
you think something more is compulsory state it, otherwise drop it, no luxury. Time is not the mayor factor as well, if it lowers the price, take it.

The app has to be able to make two people agree on something by setting what, what not,
and until when on facebook. Furthermore the appointment can be public or private. If
people want to involve money there has to be an opportunity with a trusted paypal
account of the app (or the site related to it). 1% provision then goes to the app.
Furthermore people should be able to register who want to control the appointment,
which in turn get half of the 1%.
