Port native andriod layout (xml) to xamarin forms (xaml)

We have some forms created in native android (.xml) and require them to be ported to cross platform xamarin form layout (.xaml). There are about 12 forms that need to be ported (Phase 1).

Most forms will be like for like but one or two forms will need a bit of additional functionality to work in both landscape and portrait mode. Please DO NOT bid if you do not know how to create pixel perfect .xaml forms.

NOTE: There is no code (backed required). However, we expect use of MVVM (binding context) as part of the solution.
