PHP Eclipse XDebug Expert Wanted - Extremely short-term // FIX required

Description of every module: I am looking for an expert in the CONFIGURATION of Eclipse for debugging PHP web pages and scripts

I am running Eclipse on Windows and attempting to build a few short PHP scripts which integrate with a WCF service, so any knowledge of .NET/Visual Studio/WCF and the Microsoft stack would be helpful, but non-essential
Description of requirements/functionality: This is a one off job. I cannot get Eclipse set up to debug my scripts and web pages using either XDebug or the Zend extension. I require an expert to do two things for me:

(1) Fix Eclipse and set up debugging so that it works properly (i.e. I can run my scripts and hit breakpoints). THIS IS THE MAINSTAY OF THE JOB AND ALL THAT IS REALLY REQUIRED TO GET THE JOB DONE
(2) Optionally, and if time allows, offer me any assistance or guidance with the consumption of a WCF service from PHP. This would be simply a bonus. I am happy to find my own way once debugging is working
CMS and Admin requirements: I am C# software developer by trade. This is really a configuration issue I need help with because I am relatively unfamiliar with Eclipse. I need the above problem solved so that I can get past this road-block.

If you are an expert in this area, please contact me. I need someone who can give me 10-15 minutes of their time so that I can show them the problem, and then give me a fixed-cost price for fixing it. I need to be able to debug (ie. hit breakpoints, view variables, view the stack etc.) my PHP scripts and web pages in Eclipse.
