Description of requirements/functionality: We are working on a bespoke project in PHP/MySQL (in Core PHP).

Our main development team is working on business logic and main component of the project although we require a developer to help in few simple modules of our application which we can plug into our application.

The main purpose of this module of the application is to provide a facility to manager to book meeting sessions with employees throgh the system.

- Department Management (CRUD) - COMPLETED
- Employees Management (CRUD) - COMPLETED
- Manager Management (CRUD) - COMPLETED

- Group management (CRUD)
* Admin an assign Manager and different employees into a group for meeting
* In one department there may be multiple groups
* Drag and Drop facility to the groups to assign and deassign

- Templates Management
* Email template including TinyMCE editor
* Facility to add or upload images on the HTML like logo or banner
* Dynamically add the database fields on the WYSIWYG editor

- Manager book the session with employees
* Manager can book individual or with the group
* System will send an email to manager and employee (or group of employees) and track who accepted and who declined the invite
* Manager select an email template from the dropdown of available templates
* Manager can preview the email before save
* System should generate iCal and Tracking of who accepted and declined the invite
