Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of requirements/features: I'm working on the app phonegap (cross platform), need somebody to help me finish it.

Here the things which I need to finish:

- make app speak words... to install needed plugin in order to make app speak words on 10 languages

- localization... we need to have app in 10 languages (we have translations, just need implement it)

- Google translation page... where users can translate the words or phrases

- paid subscriptions

also, we would need some advices etc..
Specific technologies required: phonegap, IOS/Android
