Without any application installed on the target phone.
A stealth SMS will be sent to the target phone(please define how sms will be sent,from PC or a smartphone).
Target phone should return its GPS coordinates and cell id and the estimated accuaracy.
I wish to be able to enter any mobile number into software / website and it will then send a Silent / Stealth Text to the mobile phone. (Ie, the target phone should not know that a sms has been sent)
Optionally,target phone should send IMEI number.
This should work on all mobile phone platforms (Symbian,Blacbkerry, Apple, Android etc ) and all networks.
Experience of this type of project preferred.
NO milestone payments will be made until testing is complete but full payment will be made on completion.
