We need to ensure that the name field on order records is overwritten by the Customer PO field once the customer PO field has been populated. The action can be performed when the submit button is pressed, or once the field has a value added.
We need to do this because the Dynamics 365 native integration to Dynamics Business Central does not allow for custom fields to be mapped from the sales order record, and there is no mapping for the customer PO number, which is the key piece of information for us.
