Description
Experience Level: Expert
Objective
To add an ‘Over Layer Image’, for TVs and Android devices. These images can only be purchased in-app-store.
Aim
When the user opens the app, the app will allow the user to choose an image from a gallery. Once the user choses this image, this will always be on, until the user opens the app and chooses to stop the app running. The app will allow the user to customise where this image is going to be in the screen but also the app should have some common locations, such as:
Top Right
Top Left
Bottom Right
Bottom Left
Middle
Example:
User POV -
I access the app on the TV and the app shows me a gallery with a lot of images. I choose a smiley face emoji. The app now asks me where I would like to allocate this image on the TV Screen and I choose ‘Top Right’. The app then adds this image to the top right of my screen, and it will stay on even if I change to other apps, for example, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc…
I have finished watching a movie on Netflix with the smiley emoji on the Top Right all the way through. I access the app and choose to remove the smiley emoji but would like to add a different image. I go to the in-app-store where there is a library of different images. I purchase another emoji and then this emoji is allocated to my gallery.
Admin POV -
I am the admin of the app, and I have been requested to add a highly demanded image. I should be able to add images to a library. This library can be found in the in-app-store, where users will be able to purchase it
Requirements
Library – for app-admin to add more images
User accounts – to record purchased item
