OpenSIS is a PHP student registration program with a MySQL database. OpenSIS has a fees module that can be purchased, but it doesn\'t cover our needs.
When a student is enrolled in a class, we need to be able to print an official receipt with all the student/course information (this information can just be pulled directly from the MySQL database). The data should be written to a receipts table and should not be able to be deleted. If an incorrect receipt has been added, an administrator can void the receipt, but not delete the data. It should also have the ability to print copies of previously submitted receipts and have a reporting function that allows for various ways to view and print financial statements.
