micro app needed to take consumer data from a CSV and to place the consumer data, record by record at configurable intervals, into our online lead generation form (no captcha/verification)
itll need to be configurable to insert X number of random records from the csv source to the target form at X records per minute.
Very basic app required, no gui requirements, just script/app required.
