Online Drag and Drop Furniture Configuration application

We want a drag and drop application developed where a person can drag elements from a list of images and put together a set of wall units that are modular. eg. They would specify a width for the wall unit, then drag base units onto the area, then add drawers, doors, shelves, etc to make up the wall unit on screen. We would also want the ability to have different background colours, windows (resizable) pictures on the wall, etc.
The application would also want to be ported to smartphone apps so this is a consideration to remember.
