Obile application for android + iPhone & iPad

Objective:

To manage appointments and eliminate individual phone calls or text messages to schedule an appointment, confirm the appointment and send proper reminders to each client and receive confirmations for each of the above processes.

The client will brows a free application on his/her portable electronic device (or computer, such as a MacBook). The application is named individually under the professional service provider, so each service provider will have a separate application with the same functionality, but the server program only communicates with its own clients who have installed and configured the client portion of the program.

On phase 2 of this program, the customers (business owner, i.e. doctor or lawyer) will have access to this account to change the information within their App. Whenever the data within an account changes, either the App gets updated automatically or the administrators can access each account and create a new App or update the existing APP. All the users who have already downloaded the App, will be notified automatically by Apple Store to update their APP.

The main program should be accessible from the WWW. The customers will be able to access their account online, to add/remove information from their account, such as adding/removing a doctor's name and portfolio. When they change something on their account, a flag will be set to update the data within their App.
