I have a customer that wants to license an algorithm from me and he works in excel. Hence the algorithm must be encrypted and I know that excel has some protection but I need to protect this algorithm in a better way.

hence I need a programmer to do a obfuscated DLL with the logic in it and the DLL will be used by excel to do the calcualtion.
