New Native Android App Developer For Cash Reward Game

I am looking to create a native android app for a cash reward game

Need a native android app developer who understands fluent English with excellent commutation skills.

The app will have scratch card, spin wheel, slot, raffle draw games and other incentives feature to earn points.

Once the user earns enough points then they can exchange for real pay-pal cash prize. This app will have video ads.
