Network Software

Hi,

I am looking for a good programmer that have very good knowledge in:

1- Computer Programming Language.
2- Big Data technology.
3- Visualisation techniques.
4- Business Intelligence (BI).

Idea os the Software:
1- The software should design to run in a large network environment.
2- First of all, The user of the software should determine the range of IP address.
3- All selected IP addresses going to receive a script.
4- The script runs inside those machines.
5- The script will ask the computer for active network connections.
6- The results from this script going to send it back to the software.
7- The software should normalise the results.
8- I want only the local IPs and forenign IPs from the results. So, the software should delete any things else.
10- The results should store in Hadoop or any Big data technology after cleaning.
11- Finally, the stored results should be Visualise in figure (IPs as a dot and the relation between those IPs as arrows).
12- I prefer to use node-link diagram to represent the relationships between IPs.
13- Finally, all technical details should be documented properly.

Note: The Payment will be at the end .. once I have been confirmed the project has been completed and I can see the functionalities of the software, I will send the total amount.
