Multiple Choice Revision App - Mobile Application Development

I'm looking for a developer to write a mobile application that can be published to IOS, Android and Blackberry. Ideally I would be interested in the app being written using Flash Builder 4.6 so that we have shared source code for multiple platforms. A completed app including design files and code source should be delivered. Initially we will be serving 1500 questions through the app. this must be served from a database and must be scalable. You are free to choose you own server side language. A story board will be provided, initially it will be fairly basic so that we can be quick to market (by Easter). The application must be scalable in terms of code, design and functionality. You must have the skills to skin the App as required. Specific designs may be provided. I propose random modules of fifteen questions, the server should remember user info, including past scores. We will initially be doing just one subject, but will be wanting to introduce other subjects. There will most likely be follow up work, up-scaling the project and linking it into social networks. Applicants will preferably be London based however anyone with a good proposal will be considered.
