Motorcycle P2P Always-on Wireless Intercom Andoid APP

Hi,
I would like to develop a peer to peer wireless intercom app. App should use direct p2p communication over WiFI(Bluetooth not really necessary) for always on voice communication. There should be no need for any server or any kind of other infrastructure. Once the intercom is started, voice is always on until shutdown. No PTT, and if one member is out of range, reconnection should be performed immediatedly and w/o any intervention once the member is back in range. P2P members should relay voice mesages in case two members are too far away but there exist an member in between the two. Battery life is not a concern, sound quality and transmission are to be best.
