Moderated twitter stream on wordpress

i need to get the following built to work on a wordpress platform.

- twitter feed that can have either hashtag or user id
- all tweets are moderated on back-end with 'delete' button
- if no 'delete' button is pressed they are then seen on the front end
- needs to be stylable with css
- needs to be administered in wordpress

Start asap - i just need a plugin or simple inegration.
i can provide a basic wordpress install and server to test.
