Mobile social network

Im looking to build a mobile social network where people log into application choose from main categories for example sport, then chose from options within sports example soccer, then choose their favourite team. so its a 3 step thing.

Once choosen their favourite team we will then provide them with upto date information about this team to their instant message accounts that they choosed to use.

This should be based for iphone and androids. They should be able to log into our application and choose their social network they want to choose ie google, facebook, yahoo etc for their IM.

I need a simple website set up that gives some info about the services and allows you to down load applications as well.
