Thank you for taking the time to read this advert. The purpose of this post is to get prices and begin negotiation with App developers for a number of app ideas we wish to bring to market, although this job is only for one specific app.

We will talk fairly generically for obvious confidentiality reasons and will short list bids and ask for a Non disclosure agreement to be signed before providing any further details.

I have set no budget as I don’t know how much an app will cost to develop, however there is clearly a price that would make the idea commercially untenable and as a technical support company we have a fairly reasonable idea of the complexity required and the time needed for this.

Outline Requirements:

• Must be suitable for users aged between 16 – 25
• Must be able to handle a large data set which will be updated once a year
• Database driven, with entries returned based on complex search criteria
• Ideally work cross platform
