Mobile Java Advertisement

I work for a digital marketing company that specializes in local proximity advertising using bluetooth. I require a mobile java application that can be sent to potential clients to make them aware of our services. The application will take the form of an advertisement that will introduce business to the possibilities of this kind of marketing and encourage them to buy our software and hardware solutions and hopefully comission a java based advertisement of their own. This initial application is for our own use but will hopefully lead to much more work as we provide applications for new clients.
Applications built with the GUI TAGSME program would be especially useful.
