Mobile apps using xamarin controls in .net framework

Description of every page/module: I want simple sample task with basic example

1. Login using SQLite database
2. Login Using Remote Rest API
3. After login, Home page -> display one text box and label and button with grid
when i enter name in textbox and click add button. this name should display in grid in same page
4.offline and online data update (Use of embedded SQLite with offline with experience of building offline/online synchronisation to master SQL database)
example: i have made some changes in app when no 3G data coverage but data will remain in offline until it gets 3g signal.once 3g signal or wifi connects it will update
5. Push Notification
6. PCl Development and Background code sharing
7.Custom and remote web content loading with both ways native-javascript interaction
