I have an urgent project requirement for experienced mobile web developers; to develop entertainment apps for the African – emerging and mobile markets. The mobile applications must be:
• Platform independent – i.e. work across Nokia, Blackberry, Android, Windows Mobile, Motorola and iPhone ios.
• Preference for Phone Gap Developers or other widely used cross – independent platform
• Must be distributable via PayPal integrated into project website, SMS, iTunes and other distributing platforms
• Project will be managed with strict milestone and milestone billing using, Prince2 or Agile, project management
• Exhaustive UAT testing will be conducted
• Project will own all produced mobile applications (mobile apps)
The project scope is for 20 apps initially as Proof of Concept and 240 apps thereafter. Serious, professional, quick-turnaround and cost effective mobile developers WANTED, as partners is this venture.
