Mobile App supported by Website Development

We are requesting proposals from mobile application programmers to help us develop a clear job spec for work we require.

We are looking for a skilled individual with excellent communication to help us develop SMART phone applications that will be compatible with the top selling phones available.

We would like fixed quotes and estimated time that it would take to produce the following:
1. an application similar to http://www.tappytaps.com/en/baby-monitor-alarm-iphone
2. an application similar to Microsoft My Phone with sync facility and webpages http://sn1-p3.myphone.microsoft.com/mkweb/Start.po?mkt=en-GB
3. Creating an application based on website tools such as calendars, budget forms etc including bitesize information from the site.

Due to our lack of technical expertise we understand that you may require more information, but if we could start with general estimates then we can work up an accurate spec. We will then update and repost the job. We are likely to require 3 separate jobs.

It is hoped that the first job can be completed by mid February if not earlier.
