Mobile App - Location / Venue based checkin

I am looking for someone to build a mobile app on my behalf, I would need to launch it on the iOS, Android and Blackberry when it is complete.

I am just looking for costs at the moment to pass onto my client, I am a web designer and would like to handle the graphics and interface myself to cut costs if that is something you would consider?!?!

A brief out line of the app is that a user goes to a location/venue and checks in and a database (I assume this would be web based) stores this information, there is a little more to the app but this outlines the technical aspects I would require. I have attached documents that show the users path through the app and also what the screenshots may look like to give you some idea of whats expected.

When supplying costs could you please break it down into stages, I assume stage 1 would be getting the location/venue checkin functionaility working and stages 2 and 3 would be adding the photo and sending notifications. If you would like to tackle this project a different way in alternative stages or feel the same results could be given with different technical features please let me know, im happy to discuss possible alternative options/development plans. I maybe the case where I ask you just to build stage 1 to start with as a test assignment.

Along with your bid could you please detail what programming language(s) you suggest.

Although I have shown the intended use for the app this only represents version 1.0, if it becomes succesful I will require much more work to take it to completion. I have attached documents for your reference so that you can see more details of the app.
